Branch in Castlebar reflects further growth and expansion at the company
Enterprise Rent-A-Car has officially opened a new branch in Castlebar, as part of its continued growth and expansion plans. The new facility in Mayo has created six jobs in the local community, including three newly hired management trainees. The branch will provide car rental and car club to serve local residents and businesses.
The branch was officially opened by Mayo Fine Gael TD Alan Dillon. Speaking at the opening Deputy Dillon said: “As a local TD, it is always heartening to see new businesses open their doors in our area, and particularly so when providing the people of Castlebar, Mayo and beyond with additional transport options. I also welcome the new employment opportunities which this branch will create within our local community.”
“I want to wish the employees at the Castlebar branch and the extended team at Enterprise Rent-A-Car the very best of luck with this venture, and with their future growth and expansion plans across the country.”
The Castlebar branch is the latest in a series of new branch openings and relocations by Enterprise as part of the company’s continued ambitions to expand. It further reflects Enterprise’s commitment to help provide sustainable transport solutions for rural as well as urban communities. Earlier this year, Enterprise opened a new branch in Cavan Town, with plans to open facilities in Co. Donegal and Co. Limerick later this year.
Speaking about the new branch, Brendan Grieve, Enterprise’s Managing Director in Ireland, said: “We are thrilled to have opened the doors of our new branch in Castlebar, expanding our services to the people of Co. Mayo. We are passionate about helping to transform the sustainable mobility sector in Ireland, and the opening of this branch demonstrates Enterprise’s commitment to long-term investment in local operations, delivering efficient and reliable transport options to as many communities as possible.”
The new branch is located at Moneen Industrial Estate, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23PF53.
