Volkswagen Ireland’s popular Snapshot photo contest is returning for the 4th consecutive year. The Volkswagen Snapshot competition will offer great prizes to the winners across several categories, and 12 jury-selected entries in the #Volkswagen category will feature in the Snapshot 2021 Calendar, with all proceeds of its sale going to charity ALONE.
|Volkswagen Snapshot Contest is now in its 4th Year
The Snapshot contest encourages photography enthusiasts to use their creativity and upload photographs to Instagram using the #VWSnapshot hashtag along with their chosen category hashtag. This year’s categories are #Smartphone, #Nighttime, #Animals, #Garden, #Water and #Volkswagen.
The Snapshot competition offers some really amazing prizes. The winner of the #Volkswagen category wins the top prize – an incredible Canon EOS 90D DSLR camera. The #Nighttime category winner will receive a Bluebook voucher, the #Smartphone category winner will receive a DJI Osmo Pocket Camera, the #Water category winner will receive a GoPro with accessories, the #Garden category winner will receive a Weber BBQ, and pizza stone, the #Animals category winner will receive a pair of Air Pods Pro. The 12 winners for the Volkswagen 2021 calendar will receive a Fitbit VERSA 2 – smartwatch.
Twelve of the #Volkswagen photographs will be selected to make the 2021 Volkswagen Snapshot calendar, and this year all proceeds of the sale of that Calendar will go to ALONE. ALONE raises awareness about the challenges and issues that older people face, as they age. This charity is increasingly more important in the current climate of COVID-19 and will have a lasting impact for months after, as older people will be cautious about leaving their homes, visiting friends & family and could be cocooning
