Citroën has unveiled a face-lifted version of its C5 Aircross. It will arrive in Ireland in Q2 2022 for the 222 July registration period.
Exterior updates to the C5 Aircross include a redesigned front end with a larger Citroën chevron logo resting on a newly designed grille that features a chrome and piano black combination and sits independently from the daytime running lights. A new air intake follows the design styles of the C4 and C5 X, while larger and wider air curtains give a more muscular stance and help to improve the overall aerodynamics. The rear light signature has also been redesigned with dark and structured glass to highlight three individual LED lighting modules in a 3D effect.
The interior gets a new 10” touchscreen with improved ergonomics while the air vents have been relocated to below the screen to ensure a higher reading position. The armrests and the central console are redesigned while the latest generation of Citroën Advanced Comfort seats offer high-density foam in the core of the seat with an extra 15mm layer of memory foam featuring a specific design to resist sagging over time.
Available in petrol, diesel and plug-in hybrid versions, Irish prices and specification for the face-lifted C5 Aircross SUV will be announced in March.
