Peugeot Ireland has signed a three-year agreement with Dublin GAA to become the new official car partner for the teams across all four codes (Senior Football, Senior Hurling, Camogie and Ladies Football).

The partnership will see Peugeot provide a mixture of kit vans and passenger vehicles to Dublin players and teams with a focus on greener, efficient vehicles. The fleet includes the latest electric and plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models such as the 100% electric e208 and e2008, as well as 3008 and 508 PHEVs.

“We are absolutely thrilled to come on board as an official car partner to Dublin GAA,” said Des Cannon, Managing Director at Gowan Distributors Limited, Peugeot importers in Ireland. “The Peugeot brand is a true success story, with over 210 years of heritage and history, which continues to rise to new heights in 2022. We are delighted to partner with Dublin GAA, such a community based organisation. We look forward to supporting the Inter county teams across all four codes and engaging with clubs and their members across the county. We are confident that our award winning line up is a great match for the players and supporters of Dublin GAA.”

Tomás Quinn, Dublin GAA Commercial and Marketing Manager added: “We are delighted to announce this partnership with Peugeot. They are a great brand with a strong history and heritage and most importantly a desire to innovate and succeed – something all Dublin teams can relate to. We look forward to working together over the coming years”.
