Dublin will join Manhattan, Tokyo, London, Madrid, Beijing and other high profile locations as the latest showcase location for the Audi brand.

The innovative Audi Forum concept represents all facets of the Audi brand in a multimedia lifestyle and high end retail environment. A key element of the marketing strategy globally, the Dublin Forum will shortly become not only a retail experience flagship for the brand in Ireland but also for the Audi brand worldwide. The Dublin Forum will offer the Irish consumer the best interactive retail and brand experience while also showcasing the most current and prestigious models; from the high performance R8 V10 and the all aluminium A8 Flagship sedan to various concept and classic cars. “The economic environment is obviously very challenging and exactly at these times we want to demonstrate that we are here for our customers for the long term” said Fintan Knight, Managing Director of Audi Ireland.

The 2 storey Audi Forum is planned to be located in Dublin 4 and is expected to be open later in 2009.

“An Economic Development Action Plan for the Dublin City Region was published recently by the 4 Dublin Local Authorities (see www.dublincity.ie). The announcement by Audi Ireland supports the Plan and the development of the region as an innovation hub. The location for an Audi Forum is a strong statement for Dublin City as an attractive place for investment and jobs and we are happy that Audi have chosen this location” said Michael Stubbs, Assistant City Manager, Economic Development, Dublin City Council.
