Leading hire website advises contacting hire company for

information on cancellations and pick up delays


16 April 2010 – With the Icelandic volcanic ashcontinuing to make life

difficult for travellers and leave them stranded and unable to pick up

rental cars, leading car hire website is advising them to

call hire companies for help with cancellations and pick up delays.


Gareth Robinson, Managing Director of, says: “With no

formal news in place about when the situation in Iceland might improve,

many people are finding that they can be stranded on holiday and not able

to pick up their rental car and get to their resorts.”
