(Over 5,500 Easytrip Customers Participate in On-line Survey)
Easytrip Services Ireland, formed through the merger of Eazy Pass and eTrip, Ireland’s largest provider of electronic tolling services today announced results of its on-line customer survey. The survey was placed on www.easytrip.ie on 16th March. The company received 1,000 results by 8am on Thursday 18th March 2010 and almost 6,000 by the time the survey closed. The survey was placed on the company’s website to assess customer satisfaction levels and to take action in accordance with the findings. Easytrip recognises how valuable the feedback received from its customers is and will conduct this assessment on an annual basis.
Key findings from Easytrip’s recent research include:
– Over 90% of existing Easytrip customers are likely to refer a friend
– 83% of customers are very satisfied or satisfied with Easytrip tolling and parking services
– M50 journeys have improved for Easytrip customers due to a number of factors including reliability of toll plazas, traffic flow improvement and Easytrip service convenience and utility
– Customers looking for improvements including additional car parks at which to avail of the Easytrip service
Commenting on the findings, Dermot MacEvilly, CEO of Easytrip said, “The level of satisfaction expressed by our customers in the survey exceeded our expectations, with a high percentage very satisfied with the service we offer. It is also encouraging to find that the majority of our customers would refer us to a friend, I mean you just can’t get a better endorsement than that.
“Easytrip customers enjoy the benefit of electronic payments at eight toll plazas and 13 car parks nationwide. In the coming months, Easytrip will be adding three more toll plazas and five more car parks to its portfolio. These advancements alone address many of the improvements requested by our customers and we will continue to address the feedback and requests contained in the survey over the weeks and months ahead,” he concluded.
