2010 will see a new impetus to restore Ireland’s most famous rallying event to its former glory. Under new management the Circuit of Ireland will feature additional international attractions as it strives towards inclusion in the Intercontinental Rally Challenge in 2011. RPM looks ahead to Easter classic and back at the events long history. Alan Tyndall reports.
